Champion HVAC saved the day, after dealing with a different service company who came and made the diagnosis was so difficult to get to come back for the repair, we had to go with someone else. We made a call to Champion HVAC (on Saturday) and spoke with a tech who’s business card we had, which wasn’t even the after hours tech on call, he gave me the info to call the office to get a hold of the on call technician. Next thing I know, he’s the one to come out (on his day off) because the other tech was busy and wouldn’t be able to get us in time. Joel was as professional as could be, came in checked it out and made all the repairs needed. Champion HVAC has a customer for life, thank you for your quick response and professionalism. When my existing HVAC system went out just before leaving for a 2 week vacation, Champion HVAC was highly recommended. Mike Ley, the owner, came out the next day which was Friday, gave me a quote, arranged financing, and his amazing crew installed my system on Tuesday!
