Master Tech Mechanical

The technicians did nothing but look at a Manuel and then tell me I need a new mother board and it would coast with labor around $600 I declined. That is what a new washer would coast. I had a friend look at my washer before I bought a new one and he rebooted it and it works fine. I wasted $99 for a service call. I would not recommend this company for repairs you will get ripped off.

I had the pleasure of having Tanner and his talent of knowing the problem!! The part needed to be ordered. He told me when he would be back, and he was!! He was very personable and professional!! He took his time to fix the problem and made sure all was fixed before he left!!! Tanner is a great representation of your company!!! I'm sorry I had a broken washer, but it was a pleasure to have Tanner in my home fixing my washer!!! Thank you!!!

Tanner was professional, efficient, and solved my problem in a very short period of time. I had a number of questions -all of which he answered clearly and completely. He was helpful, courteous, and got the job done in a timely fashion. I would use Master Tech service again.
