We purchased a home in Indian Wells and were told about Premier. We interviewed them and were pleased and surprised at the depth and breadth of their services. They inspect and manage our home when we’re out of town. When we need things done they have the relationships and influence over vendors which is a big help to newcomers. Pleased to say that much of the day-to-day things can be taken care of by their own people. From what we have experienced and heard from others, they are the gold standard in residential management.

I hired Premier in January to clean my short-term rental home and they do not disappoint! My home looks amazing. The cleaning staff does an excellent job and they have a great eye for detail (folded towels on the racks, placement of TV remotes, etc). They also provide a la carte services for other jobs; we had them clean all our windows/screens inside and out and we're very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend!
