Western Pacific Roofing Corporation

I waited a couple of weeks before writing this review to give myself time to be more objective and less reacting to my experience with them. I was seeking a roofer, most did not even return my call, or were all over the board on pricing. Western appeared in my Google search and seemed ok per most reviews I read. What I experienced was far from anything pleasant! I was provided a quote, and after accepting it I never heard from them again. I took in the deposit and all signed contracts. Everytime I called to check on getting on their schedule I was told no one was available to talk to me and the receptionist could not find my file. On my last try a month and a half after giving the deposit, I reached someone beyond the receptionist. He too could not find my file. I told him the name on my documents for the Western employee handling the file. Low and behold that person was absent also. He explained they would not be able to even consider doing my job for at least another 2 months. I was

I was managing a property in Acton, CA and there was a terrible leak (not that too many are great) on the roof of a mobile home that needed repairs. I couldn't get anyone to even look at the mobile home. Western Pacific came out and took care of the problem roof without insisting on a new roof - did the repairs well and no more leaks. I have just called them to look at a roof on another rental property I manage. I will follow this review up as soon as I have another project to report.
