Air-Tech is one of the most unprofessional, and poorest quality Air Conditioning and Heating companies. They installed a new HVAC system with furnace after our home flooded and the old unit was destroyed. They did a lackluster job, bothered my everyday about payment, even though our insurance company was paying them, then continued to bother me about service calls, which were simply sales opportunities to get me to upgrade or replace vents etc. They did a terrible job with the ductwork, and the thermostat broke 3 years after the new system was put in. When I called for service to replace the thermostat, they didn't call me back several times. I finally reached the owner who was so rude to me and simply wanted more money. When I told him that wasn't appropriate, he told me he didn't want my business anymore. I would NEVER work with a company like this, and if you want the job done right, without being asked to spend more money, DO NOT USE Air-Tech. Services: Heating system instal

Jose called to say he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was pleasant, efficient and a good communicator. Turned out we had a bad capacitor and Jose replaced it and the system is again working fine. Cost was competitive. Great service. Service: Repair HVAC
