I have been involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years and I have always been able to call on EcoSmart Development & Construction for short and long term solutions involving new construction, extending existing roof surface life and providing emergency repairs. Their team is responsive, provide great follow up and quality workmanship at a great value.

I recently had a roof leak. Legacy Roofing came and gave me a quote with all my options very quickly. They replaced my roof within the same week and did a fabulous job! The property was left clean. I'm very pleased with the finished product and the professionalism at which it was performed.

A bit surprised by the ratings here...My experience was that I made an appointment...they gave me a time range...No email confirmation, no text confirmation. I took time away from my office job to wait for them...no show. I called, and the explanation was that the "person had a personal emergency." I get it...that happens. But the lack of communications and/or care about the impact on my schedule, the sort of "oh yeah sorry" attitude... revealed a management issue in the company. So that makes them a no-go for me. Maybe they install great roofs, but I'll never know, because there are so many strong alternatives out there, and the one other contractor I have called has demonstrated understanding of everything that has lacked in this experience..
