I made some calls to numerous roofers, many of which showed up and gave their quotes. Some were reasonable, while others were exorbitantly high. I contemplated over which roofer to choose, but I finally went with Legends Roofing. Their rep, Matt Perez, was not only patient and sympathetic to our questions and roof dilemma, but in no way pushed his personal agenda upon us, which can be both annoying and disconcerting. I don't ever usually leave reviews, but Legends deserved it. We needed a new roof as the old one was falling apart, so I contacted a few well reviewed contractors. Jesus came over and spent the longest with me out of all the contractors I spoke to. He was patient, knowledgeable and upfront. Their quote was extremely competitive and covered lots of things other companies excluded or charged extra for (permits, any replacement decking, extra layers of shingle to remove etc). They also offered zero interest financing with no payment for 12 months. After some delays in getting started which was not their fault, it was due to continually rainy weather, Robert and his team arrived. They kept me informed throughout the process, took photos (and drone shots) of the roof coming off. They did a great job with the new roof and cleaned up thoroughly after it was completed.
