It was easy to choose Roof Repair Specialists because they were the only fully professional roofers I contacted. I needed one section of roof replaced and another repaired. Most of the roof was already replaced several years ago. I also needed a letter to my insurance company stating that the entire roof was good. Some roofers didn’t call me back. One wouldn’t write me a letter. Another didn’t show up to give me a quote after I waited around for the morning. Flavio from Roof Repair Specialists quickly came to the house and gave me a very detailed quote with many photos. Their contract was easy to understand. After I accepted their bid, I was put in touch with Daniel who did the work. When I was concerned about one patch, they returned that afternoon and repaired the spot to my satisfaction. Finally, Aida contacted me for billing and she was friendly and helpful. I was tempted to hire one of the other roofers who was slightly less expensive but I’m happy I decided on Roof Repair Special

Areg and Jay provided detailed information regarding the roof replacement. They were very helpful and explained the whole process well. Thanks to Anna, the production assistant, as well as Grace from customer service. Alvero came to follow up the project to check on what needed to be done. Then, Jorge supervised everything from start to finish. Jorge came everyday to follow up on the work that has been done by the technicians. I have a 10 foot square shed, over 30 years old, and the roof was leaking causing me to consider tearing it down. Instead, I did repairs on the inside and had Roof Repair Specialist replace the composition roof. Adam came out for consultation, and by the time he left, we had a signed agreement via our phones. The installation was done very nicely, and in a little less than half a day. I feel the price was reasonable. The whole company seems very customer oriented and I recommend them.
