I can't say enough good things about our experience with Roof Repair Specialist. They have a large enough team that you are always working with someone who is an expert in that particular phase of the job. They communicated with us clearly and often, from beginning to end, so that we always knew what to expect and who was the point person for our questions. I have a 10 foot square shed, over 30 years old, and the roof was leaking causing me to consider tearing it down. Instead, I did repairs on the inside and had Roof Repair Specialist replace the composition roof. Adam came out for consultation, and by the time he left, we had a signed agreement via our phones. The installation was done very nicely, and in a little less than half a day. I feel the price was reasonable. The whole company seems very customer oriented and I recommend them. I highly recommend Roof Repair Specialist! Our HOA hired them to replace the flat torch down roof on our 8-unit townhome building. This was a challenging project particularly with all the HVAC units located on this area of the roof. But, they handled it extremely well for a fair price. They have a "can do" attitude and were quick to repair and address any issues or concerns. We also had rain show up in the forecast after they started and they were able to complete the project ahead of schedule in time for the rain event. Julio was our production coordinator and Alvaro was the onsite foreman. These two individuals did an amazing job.
