berry berry nice employees.
Don't do business with Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting in Chesterfield - especially Kathy who has been unbelievably unhelpful. They have a terrible selection, non-existent customer service and we've had nothing but problems with every light fixture, every light bulb arrived burnt out or burned out within a week and our fancy "touch" kitchen faucet has a mind of its own. We've been waiting nearly 5 months for our showpiece lighting fixture and now Kathy tells us it's back ordered - there's no end in sight. Any supplier is better than Ferguson.
Wholesale only. Must have a contractor's license to purchase there. Great staff. No plumbing products these days but a great supply of HVAC parts.
