I called them them for two items, garbage disposal which some time works and some time not, rusted and super loud, but their tech couldn't fix it. The other was a leakage from the shower head spout for that he wanted to break the tiles which would had cost at least $20000 on repairs. The handy man was able to just replace the spout without any damage.
