The technicians diagnosis was completely wrong - they recommended a brand new water heater install, to which the only issue was a faulty TPN valve on top of my existing water heater (a $95 fix). They wanted to charge me an additional $1100 for the repairs, but once I told them the real issue, they denied everything and refused any further help. It took them 4 full weeks to call me back, and I got absolutely nowhere. They refused to have my original technician call me back to explain all the additional charges and refused to admit the wrong diagnosis. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY from this company as they want to take advantage of those who know nothing about plumbing or water heaters. There is a reason why their reviews are so poor, as my experience is a prime example. ***Also don't pay attention to the new 5 star reviews as I'm sure they are employees and friends of the employees. Highly suspicious that all these five star reviews come in days after one-star reviews.
