Hi-5 Appliance Repair

My built in microwave started making popping sounds. I originally scheduled a repair person from Angie, who charged, quite a lot, to tell me that the motor was fried and to get another microwave. The challenge soon became finding a microwave (my profile GE was discontinued) that fit the dimensions. No options, no plan B. I searched for microwave repair technicians and saw great reviews from High 5. Steve was on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem AND had the parts. He really made my day and my microwave is fully functional. I sincerely could not be happier with the outcome! Service: Microwave repair

Steve with Hi-Five Repair went above and beyond to assist us with our repair. We bought 2 new Samsung Wine Refrigerators almost 2 years ago. While they both ‘refrigerate’ properly the electronic read out went out on the then the other in the first year. We contacted Samsung only to find they were not supporting that model yet with replacement parts. I’m sure Covid did not help. Months later I contacted Hi-Five (only repair company that would work on the Samsung) and he said he could find one but not both of the parts we needed.I said we would wait until her could get both and repair at the same time. He called me a month later to say he had been checking and found the 2 parts. He came on time, did the repair quickly and was very pleasant to deal with. Could not be happier with our repair.
