Steve is a gem!!! He came on time, professional, smart, savvy and saved us! He came to fix our fridge, saw that we should have it under warranty and recommended that we call Electrolux to fix it since it would be a pretty penny to fix himself. Also, he assured us that this should not happen to our less than 5 year old fridge. However, if the warranty does not cover (which i’ll find out tomorrow), I’ll be calling him back to have him fix it. Second, as he was on his way out, i asked him about my gas range because the left front top would not start, i’ve been managing without it since I have a 48’’ range. He looked it and fixed it. Then he reminded me that i said something about the griddle having problems. He looked at it, recalibrated it and it FINALLY worked after having worked only 1 time in 5 years. We have been having a hard time looking for quality appliance vendor to dispatch our work orders to, not until we get connected to Hi-5 Appliance Repair. They respond to work orders well and what I love the most is their proactiveness and effective scheduling. They are indeed professional and they do quality work! I highly recommend them.
