Worst experience ever! Julene which is manager is very rude and unprofessional. I started working with them march, they finally demo on August 8th even tho they knew this was a water leak claim. When they demo they find mold. My ac vents are not covered nothing is covered and left open for mold spores to fly every where. I had to call another company since Mark Scott thought it was ok to leave mold exposed from August 8 to August 15th. I followed my instinct cuz I started getting mold sick. The new mold company I called let me know mark Scott had left a mess and this was not the right way to do it. They quickly taped my vents and started covering everything w plastic. I try to call office to leave a message for Mark Scott but they won’t let me talk to him. So now I have to call BBB so hopefully Mark Scott will know how his company is being ran unprofessional. Now they are refusing to pay for the damages! The receptionist answers w attitude won’t say her name and is refusing to send me

My experience with Mark Scott Construction was great from start to finish. I was recommended through my insurance carrier MSC and I was initially apprehensive to sign as there weren't many choices for construction companies that work directly with insurance companies but MSC did a great job coordinating throughout the project, starting with the initial appt of surveying the property. It didn't take me long to sign with them as I felt good about what their company had to offer. Both Frank Capaldo and Don Draper were fabulous to work with and so was their crew! I experienced water damage last year and went through insurance to cover this cost. MSC were accommodating, professional and made the experience more fun because it was an initial headache and very overwhelming to deal with. Don, the main project manager, made me excited about having to repair the kitchen and alleviated a lot of stress by answering my questions along the way. Service terrible. Do not use this company. Staff rude, starting from Jolene, Mike ,Alex ,front desk girl. Left a mess. Techs have no clue what to do; always on the phone. I called my insurance and they sent another company.
