Everything about this experience was perfect. They answered the phone at5:30pm, set an immediate appointment 9am the next morning and Thomas was even early. Friendly, honest and helpful. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. I was a little off guard at the cost of doing the work but I am confident it was in rhe range anyone else would charge. And while the others charge$95 to give a bid, this was no cost. It was a problem with our hot water heater and we talked about the possibility of getting a heat pump down when the big government rebates kick in which will have an out of pocket cost to me of only about $500 more than a new traditional heater(ours is getting old) and since we have solar it will pay for itself quickly. Bonus: this family run business has a great sense of humor.

Tony Ball is awesome! Big thanks to Tony for a quick tune up service for our home AC. Tony recommended we change out a near-failure capacitor, which we agreed to and replaced on the spot.
