They have been so helpful in replacing 2 of our water heaters and one was a tankless! Steve is a very honest man and after seeing the care to detail him and his son Ryan have done I would trust them for any other future project we will have.
We called this company to come see if they could do a repair. The woman who answered kept cutting me off, she never even let me describe what my problem was and then laughed and said “I’ll pass.” They were extremely rude and unprofessional. We could not even get a word in without being cut off by the lady. Just the way they interact with customers I would not want them to come to my property.
I’ve had a couple repairs over the past 3 years and always had excellent service. Very professional, right down to Kimberly working the phones. I don’t know if you can get cheaper (it’s all pricey around here!), but I doubt you can get better.
