I’ve had a couple repairs over the past 3 years and always had excellent service. Very professional, right down to Kimberly working the phones. I don’t know if you can get cheaper (it’s all pricey around here!), but I doubt you can get better.

I had the water leakage went down to the garage floor from the wall structure. Initially we thought the issue is in the pipe within the wall but Steve could able to trace a tiny couple sharp leaks releasing the water , was actually the water going through the wall , came down to the garage floor. He just had to replace the connecting valve from the wall to toilet - simple enough., but they charged me $400 for the labor , part cost was $36. Steve mentioned since it is sunday , he charged me $400. he also told , if it is a week day it would have been 300$. I still feel it is very expensive for the work done. Hope they can review the charges.

Fantastic service! Our hot water heater went out and Hristo was able to come out and get us fixed up fast. He explained everything and gave us all our options, no pressure and incredibly helpful
