My air conditioner stopped blowing cool air. I got a recommendation to call Oscar at Engineered Comfort. A team was sent out immediately to assess the repair on Friday. I ended up replacing the entire unit. A team of very professional & kind men showed up at the promised time on Monday. There was two men working inside my home and two on the roof with a crane. They worked very well together and completed the work in under 4 hours. Not only did they take great care of installing the new unit, they were very careful with my furniture. They covered my wood floors and very carefully removed the old unit. They cleaned up everything and left my home spotless. They took time to explain to me what was happening, how to work the new unit. I was working from home and when they realized I was working, they even tried to lessen the noise. In the middle of summer our AC stopped working. Turns out the condensate pump connected to the system was broken causing the AC to shut off. I replaced the condensate pump but the AC still would not run. Engineered Comfort came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. A previous owner jerry-rigged the old condensate pump so the technician correctly installed the new condensate pump and the AC is running fine. The technician was very informative and helpful.
