My air conditioner stopped blowing cool air. I got a recommendation to call Oscar at Engineered Comfort. A team was sent out immediately to assess the repair on Friday. I ended up replacing the entire unit. A team of very professional & kind men showed up at the promised time on Monday. There was two men working inside my home and two on the roof with a crane. They worked very well together and completed the work in under 4 hours. Not only did they take great care of installing the new unit, they were very careful with my furniture. They covered my wood floors and very carefully removed the old unit. They cleaned up everything and left my home spotless. They took time to explain to me what was happening, how to work the new unit. I was working from home and when they realized I was working, they even tried to lessen the noise. I asked for a quote on Sunday evening and by Wednesday noon I had a whole new AC unit. I was given a range on a high level quote and the firm quote came within the set range. This tells me these guys know what they’re doing. The scope of the work replaced the heat pump/air conditioner as well as the air handler in the living quarters. I was given a whole new door for the air handler. Also, a thermostat was included in the installation. They installed an electrical line with protective conduit. The job required a crane to deliver the unit and remove the old one. There were two guys working on the roof and two guys working inside the unit. They showed up at 8am and by 12:30 they had completed the work. They set up runners to cover the carpets and left the area clean. I was also given a tutorial on how to use the thermostat. I would absolutely recommend the services. I purchased a Goodman 2 ton unit.

In 2007 they installed new HVAC in my condo that had a furnace from 1986 and no central air. I got estimates from 3 firms and went with Engineered because they gave me the best price and, were patient enough to explain why I needed this or that. 14.5 years later, they discovered that my AC wasn't working because the compressor had somehow gotten wet and had corroded and, my attic ducts were torn and not performing well. That'll teach me to not have it serviced regularly! Jeff and crew were at my home within 48 hours after my initial call and 3 hours later, my new AC is PERFECT!!!!!!! Truly, I will never use another firm, as a single woman without a lot of extra spending $, I absolutely trust them. My next purchase will be a tankless water heater!
