Josh & Ralph did a excellent job. My new roof looks Amazing and makes the whole home ! State Farm sent me a quote and after reviewing Josh sent an appeal and State Farm reconsidered and awarded me what I wanted. Throughout the replacing of the roof they sent me reports of the progress. It was a fantastic experience and I would refer them to anyone I know who needs a roof. Josh was nice and patient with me if I did not understand something. Great job guys. Cool Roofer Dudes! great customer service, sales, and on-site deployment people. From my initial contact to inquire about what the process entailed, to the day we met our sales rep, to the workers who ripped out and replaced the roofing materials, was seamless and done well. All told, they were on-site for about 5 hours and I was surprised by how quick and efficient they were. They made the whole project easy, great folks to work with and I can't recommend them enough if you need your roof replaced. Services: Gutter installation, Roof inspection
I wish I can give more stars. This company went above and beyond my expectations. My building got hit by a storm shortly after I left for a 4 month tour. took care of me 100%. When my patio cover was destroyed and dangerously flopping around, he sent one of his guys over to dismantle it for safety. Even before I officially gave him the green light to go. That company earned my business by being polite, Courteous, professional and always there to solution my questions. Its hard traveling for job and not being able to supervise major things going on with your home. You can trust these people 100%. He also worked with my Air conditionong installer to make sure the job was done and i was happy. 500% recomended by me. I would hire him again but the warranty on the roof is superb.
