Josh & Ralph did a excellent job. My new roof looks Amazing and makes the whole home ! State Farm sent me a quote and after reviewing Josh sent an appeal and State Farm reconsidered and awarded me what I wanted. Throughout the replacing of the roof they sent me reports of the progress. From my initial contact to inquire about what the process entailed, to the day we met our sales rep, to the workers who ripped out and replaced the roofing materials, was seamless and done well. All told, they were on-site for about 5 hours and I was surprised by how quick and efficient they were. Sharon and Leo are extraordinary to project with. Sharon is useful and responsive to any questions throughout the process; she does whatever she can to make sure you are happy! Leo has a lot of knowledge and experience and is great at what he does. It is apparent that their first and foremost concern is that you are satisfied and have a quality, lasting product. We never felt pressured into anything--every interaction was very pleasant. The roofers work tirelessly to get the job done and the result is beautiful. It could just be the placebo effect, but the house feels a bit more insulated now that the roof is replaced. It was a great experience and we'd recommend to anyone.
