We have used John twice now. He's very prompt, very kind, very fast, very fair, very easy to appoint!!!! I finally found an electrician that I know I will use again.

Came out and fixed some circuit breaker issues after our rains and then replaced all my outside GFI outlets and did a clean, quick fair priced job. It was great service and we really appreciated the quick response! I plan on using him again for a attic exhaust fan this summer!

There were two characteristics that stuck out for me with John. One was his excellent craftsmanship. His work is very neat, well thought out and meticulous. Now there are probably many electricians who display these same traits but what sets John apart from the other contractors we met or talked with was the second characteristic I wanted to point out. His customer service is outstanding. He follows up when he says he will follow up, he calls when he says he will call, he arrives when he says he will arrive. He also takes the time to explain what he is doing and provides you options of taking one path or another. And, although he takes his work seriously, he took the time to chat with us after he was done. Very personable. His prices were very reasonable as well and he makes the effort to save you money without sacrificing safety. If you are looking for a great electrician who understands customer relations then call him.
