My technician, Ron Riggs, was extremely professional in his technical capabilities, quality of work, and general demeanor. I've been concerned the entire pandemic about having a contractor in the home to do work but I knew this was a job I couldn't handle myself. He wore booties to keep my floors clean and was fully masked the entire time. The job went over the initial estimate of 2 hours; but I could tell he was doing everything he could to complete it soonest while ensuring all the work was done correctly. Bottom line, Bill Howe is not the cheapest contractor in town, but I rate it as the best value. Get it done right the first time, works good, lasts a long time. A+++. I will definitely be using them again and I will ask for Mr.Riggs specifically.
