At about midnight on Christmas Eve our property management firm was looking for an after-hours electrician after exhausting our current list of vendors. Mark Snyder promptly replied, set an appointment for Christmas morning, arrived on time, was professional and courteous to our tenant, provided photos of the repair, and followed up with a detailed invoice at a very reasonable cost. I just had my electrical panel replaced in my condo. Start to finish they were extremely professional. They provided a reasonable and detailed quote, they completed the work on time and did everything they promised. The final bill came under the quoted amount. I have no complaints, if I ever need electrical work again I will definitely call them first.
