Mark and his team were absolutely extraordinary, I am so pleased with the thoroughness of him and his team's evaluation. We are renters in our property, and one day the electricity in our kitchen entirely went out. He promptly came over and analyzed our situation which ended up being a horrible electrical job done by the previous contractor. Despite the mess of the previous contractor, Mark's team was wickedly efficient, so incredibly friendly, hardworking, and educational. Overall 10/10 stars. I will definitely be hiring Mark and his team for any future repairs or inspections once I own a future home! I have used Mark Snyder Electric several times over the years. On my most recent visit, I dropped off an Outback inverter for repair and never heard back from them. After leaving several messages that were not returned, I finally got hold of Holly. She told me that they could not reach Outback to get the parts needed. A month had already gone by. I went in and picked up the inverter, which they had a hard time finding and was left disassembled and missing parts. I contacted Outback and they had a part shipped to me within 2 weeks. As a long time repeat customer, I was repeatedly ignored and lied to. Their utter disorganization, lies and blatant disrespect for my customers property was inexcusably unprofessional.
At about midnight on Christmas Eve our property management firm was looking for an after-hours electrician after exhausting our current list of vendors. Mark Snyder promptly replied, set an appointment for Christmas morning, arrived on time, was professional and courteous to our tenant, provided photos of the repair, and followed up with a detailed invoice at a very reasonable cost.
