We had good experiences with RTRS in 2016 and again recently, both times when we discovered leaks in our ceiling during rain. Robert came out quickly and placed some tarp on the roof to stop leaking, then Hector returned after the rain to do a great job of restoration under the tile. Previously RT replaced some damaged tiles, and tried hard to match the older ones. All RTRS estimates have been clear and reasonable. Paula at the main office was helpful and friendly. I can easily recommend this company; they do good work and the people are pleasant.

I initially set up an appointment with this company and they were a no-show. They didn't call to reschedule and I left a message asking about a reschedule and never received a call back. I decided to just move on and try some other roofers. About a week later Robert shows up unexpectedly. He was a nice guy, and was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to check out the whole roof and offer advice on potential issues. So aside from their scheduling issues it seems the company is potentially a decent choice.

After Robert came out and inspected the roof, he gave me an informative evaluation of the problems that had developed over the years. I appreciate Robert's personable approach to develop a working relationship in which I can trust. RT roofing came out and completed the repairs after a couple of weeks and I now feel confident that my roof will keep me dry when it rains. Service: Roof repair
