Our technician LEGEND that came out was amazing! Super nice and he answered all my questions (there was a lot) since I have no idea how AC units work. I’m so glad I went with Bonny and signed up for their membership plan. It’s definitely worth it. Also, my dog who has a hard time with strangers LOVED Legend. We were in shock how good he was being. I worked with Bonney for the first time, and more specifically with my tech, Si Dip, on a pretty big project - upgraded the electrical panel along with adding a dedicated circuit for a new hot tub. I didn't get any other quotes after first meeting with Si. It was clear he knew exactly what he was talking about, provided accurate timelines, and a very realistic quote for the service. My house has been flipped very poorly by previous owners, so to be able to have piece of mind that my electrical is now finally up to proper code, neat/clean, with good equipment - is all very important. I plan on calling Si/Bonney for all my future needs for the services they provide. And no - this was not a paid advertisement! I'm just very happy to have such an important part of home ownership taken care of.

Gulliermo was on time and very personable. Pretty much knew would need a new water heater when I made the appointment. He explained the options and the required changes needed (code.)
