Steve Y was friendly and professional. He was focused on the task required, removed and replaced our garbage disposal efficiently, replaced the old, kinked drain hose for better flow and checked all his work. Boyd Plumbing was a very good experience from start to finish. The person who did the scheduling was courteous, and called giving me a heads up when the plumber was 30 minutes away. The plumber came the next day. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and super nice. We had a great talk about football.
