I always rely on reviews when choosing a contractor. Reviews for Fox family were legit. They’re truly fast, professional and expert at what they do. Marco came right on schedule and fixed the problem like he was a AC whisperer. He’s part of the sales team but did not sing any sales pitch to me. He gave us good maintenance advice too. If you’re looking for a professional, friendly and very competitive company to install a heat pump (we converted from natural gas heat), look no further. Other bids we received included “necessary duct replacement” and slightly less efficient equipment. Fox Family did not recommend new ducts (they were already upgraded with the prior system installation) and included a variable speed Mitsubishi system. The work they performed in the attic and outside looks flawless and took less than a day. The system is quiet and works fantastic. I highly recommend this company. (Morgese/Emmett contract.)
