Patrick came and understood my request, he was up there about 45 minutes, compared to last year the guy got out in 20 minutes. He cleaned all and checked all parts, took bunches of pictures. Then sit down and explained everything, options for fix or not, no push. I was very satisfied with his work and joined as member. I had my first experience with Fox Family today and was very happy with their service and impressed by their speed. My AC went out yesterday evening and less than 24 hours later it's back up and running. I was able to get a same-day appointment and Keoki was right on time. He was personable and very helpful answering questions. He was able to diagnose it as a dead capacitor. The $75 diagnostic fee is reasonable, and even the cost of the capacitor seemed reasonable. But I decided I would try and replace it myself to save on costs, and I really appreciated that Keoki was not bothered by that. Now I know how to do this task in the future, and now I know what company I will choose for any other future HVAC needs! Thank you!
