Lousy customer service, never called back and zero help from direct line service
I've had the pleasure of working for and with Rayco Electric and I found them to be very fair and have genuine care for their clients and employees. As a family owned business with outstanding values I can't say enough about my time there, I don't know what the one reviewers experience has been, but I do know if the boss schedules you on a service call by gosh you had better be on time or called both the shop and customer and advise them ahead of time or else.
