I called this morning, and asked who I was speaking with because there was no introduction, and the woman kept ignoring my question, and saying "how can I help you" repetitively 5x, I asked for her name to address her properly, and she said once she knows my name, she will tell me hers. Is this a joke? This was the rudest experience I have ever had. The reviews might be altered, based on owner follow up. I am not changing my review.

Called on a Saturday requesting electrical service. They said someone would call first thing Monday. It's now Wednesday and no one has called me.
