Prompt and courteous and took the time to answer other questions that I had Service: General repairs
We had a problem with some lights and electrical outlets not working in our house. We have the Homepower service with Smud. Called Smud and was conected with Mr. Electric and Mr. Electric was quick and efficent to come out to our house and fix the problem. Oley the service tech showed up on time diagnosed and fix the problem. Oley comminicated with me very well showed me the problem and explained how the problem was repaired.
I called this morning, and asked who I was speaking with because there was no introduction, and the woman kept ignoring my question, and saying "how can I help you" repetitively 5x, I asked for her name to address her properly, and she said once she knows my name, she will tell me hers. Is this a joke? This was the rudest experience I have ever had. The reviews might be altered, based on owner follow up. I am not changing my review.
