We were the first customers with you with the original owner. We have purchased three units through the years. The last two appointments I have had have been canceled four times, and left us hanging. Not even a courtesy call. When our appointment got canceled the other day, we were done. We moved on with another air conditioning company. It is the loss of JR Putman not putting in our next unit.
