JR Putman Heating & Air

When it’s cold outside and your heater stops working you notice real quick. I called JR Putman and they were able to send someone out when there was a break in the rain. Joey was professional, friendly and honest about the issues with my system. He was training Jorge at the same time and both were very dog friendly. They went on the roof and Joey found that a wire was touch the board and causing it not to spark. He was able to fix it but when we messed with the thermostat it clicked off again. He went back up and found that it would need a new board and motor. I appreciate Joey being honest with me and I feel good about having JR Putman change out my system. Thank you Joey and I am glad that you are training Jorge and showing him the right way to do things.

Javier did a really good job as usual. Very professional and personable. This is the third time he's been here and each time was on time and finished in good time. This time he put a blanket on the HVAC unit which he had said he would do the last time he was here.
