I needed a same day appointment to fix my ho water heater. I got a convenient time easily and Nick showed up according to schedule. All he needed to do was relight the pilot light because nothing was broken. He did that for me for no charge which I thought was extremely generous and showed good business sense, since I will now use Allstar next time without hesitation.

Amazing experience! Collin and his team at Allstar made a scary combination plumbing/septic system/flood issue so much better. They were calm, confident, organized and clearly explained what they found, potential causes, potential solutions and why they believed that the solution would fix our issues. Very hard workers, definitely know their craft and take pride in their work. Hopefully, I'll never have to call them again, but, as a home owner I know I will...and will feel very comfortable doing so!

I am very pleased with Allstar Home Services overall service that we received today. Their technician Curtis Moncrief arrived on-time as scheduled. He was able to diagnose the problem with our Air Conditioner very quickly and then clearly explained to us the procedures he had to apply to resolve the problem. Thank you Allstar.
