I just bought my first home and had been dealing with quite a few surprises, and some unexpected plumbing issues was the cherry on top for me. Needless to say I was very stressed and emotional when Josh showed up. I had called on a Saturday morning and he was there an hour later. He was very empathetic and professional. Once he discovered the issue and wrote the quote, He let me take all the time I needed to figure out whether or not to use my home warranty or just get the job done today. Josh was awesome. He was friendly, professional, and he really knew what he was talking about. I’m a person that does everything myself, but my gas hot water heater was out of my league.
