Kassie did the job at 2801 Leland. I wasnt there but the tenets said it was good. Brandon did the job a 13515 Hill Blvd. He was very nice. We had some problems with the water line after he left and he came back and fixed it for us. We had the tankless water heater put in last year and that guy didnt say anything about there being no water pressure valve here at the house, but Brandon reconized that, when he was here so he put one in. It was a lot of money but he probably saved us some expensive repairs in the future. I wish the guy that came last year had been that with it. Thank you!

This visit was for the 1yr maintenance since installing our thankless water heater. We were able to have our installer Kyle (and Jeff) come and descale the unit. They checked our pipes, made sure there wasn't a water leak at the main water valve to the property. We were able to upgrade our maintenance agreement (an excellent value) plus have peace of mind all is well. Kyle & Jeff were friendly and professional. Gave us an estimated cost and work required. Pictures were sent to us to show the repairs needed and a time estimated to finish the repairs.
