The folks at Gibson have been very professional, friendly and attentive. When our quite old a/c system went out last summer during the peak of a heat wave, they lent us two portable units to keep us cool while we were waiting for our new system to be installed. I just had my A/C unit inspected and cleaned by Gibson's to be ready for the summer heat. Their Tech Trent, arrived on schedule, explained what he was going to do, and proceeded to check out my system. He then gave it a good cleaning and explained to me that I did not have surge protection on my unit. He showed me what he could put on the unit to protect the compressor. I always appreciate having people explain the pros and cons to possible problems then let me make a decision on what to do, which Gibson's has always done for me.
