Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Shasta County

A repair man came out a couple weeks ago supposedly removed my toilet to put a new flange and new anchor bolts which he did those two items but in the process apparently caused the tank to leak so a man came out today the minute he walked into the house he had an attitude, because i was sure the previous guy (mind you no longer works for the company) did not remove the toilet. Well i didnt want to argue with him as he was sure even though he wasnt here the first time that the other guy removed the toilet. I said ok whatever just please fix the leak. He flat yells at me that i need to find someone else as her was not going to fix it and stormed out of my house. Very unprofessional. We have used Mr. Rooter several times in the past. Well we will not be using them again. Apparently through these times they are not providing quality people to represent them. I just never had any company employee treat me with such disrespect..
