NorCal Construction & Restoration did a great job navigating through the insurance claim. I had to do very little, which was nice given my busy schedule. The insurance company's estimate was extremely low as they tried to only repair a small portion of the water damage. NorCal worked with my insurance company, performed an extensive evaluation, and showed my insurance company the entire kitchen required repair. Their evaluation was spot on and the work performed was done professionally.

I have hired Kyle of NorCal several times on behalf of my retail clients to handle commercial flood & mold remediation jobs as well as floor replacements & repairs. They have always done an excellent job! They possess the expertise and equipment needed to effectively respond in an emergency situation. In October of 2019 we discovered a water leak in the wall behind the dishwasher. Mold was found, so we called NorCal. Kyle arrived within the hour, and found extensive water spread under the flooring, through out the kitchen. We ended up having to gut the kitchen, and do a complete remodel due to the damage. Kyle handled everything, from the repairs and remodel to dealing with the insurance company. And I know from experience, that I never would have been able to get as much money from the insurance company as Kyle did. He knows the system. A lot of people complain about how much contractors charge, but hiring Kyle was probably the best money I have ever spent.
