I was very impressed and pleases with the service I received having my leaking my water heater replaced today. It is Saturday and I was not sure I would be able to reach anyone. I called Bayshore Plumbers and Joe the technician arrived with in 40 minutes! He assessed the heater, and I agreed it needed to be replaced. He knew the supplier closed at noon. He was off and picked up exactly the model needed. While he was gone Joe had set up the old tank to drain and when he returned the tank was ready for removal. Before I knew it the old heater was removed, the new heater installed, and the area cleaned! I recommend Bayshore Plumbers as their technicians are courteous, well trained, and respectful. Jackson was helpful in explaining what Bayshore could and could not do. We do need a plumber to access from the roof, so will not be able to go forward today. But I was impressed with the front desk and also Jackson on site. Thank you!
Sam Jaminez was very thorough while explaining the requirements of the job. I appreciated that he make sure the other utilities to the state inspection before they dug 3 feet to replace sewer line. His workers were very polite while showing me the project- inside the huge deep hole they hand dug. Service: Sewer repair
