Bayshore Plumbers

I called Bayshore based on the recommendation of a neighbor. I am so glad I did because the whole process was as smooth as it could possibly be, despite our issue being a messy one (clogged pipe, but we originally believed there may have been an issue with our sewer line). Every single person I interacted with at Bayshore was friendly, courteous and professional - the individuals who took my phone calls; Ivan, who did the lion’s share of the work; and his colleague (whose name I unfortunately forgot to get) who came out to help Ivan finish up. I cannot thank all of these guys enough. We have guests staying with us and a lot going on so being unable to use running water for fear our tub would overflow with sewage was stressful and not sustainable. I am so grateful for the quick work they did (they even cleaned up after themselves!!!), and will absolutely call them again if we have any other issues that arise. Service: Drain cleaning

I was very impressed and pleases with the service I received having my leaking my water heater replaced today. It is Saturday and I was not sure I would be able to reach anyone. I called Bayshore Plumbers and Joe the technician arrived with in 40 minutes! He assessed the heater, and I agreed it needed to be replaced. He knew the supplier closed at noon. He was off and picked up exactly the model needed. While he was gone Joe had set up the old tank to drain and when he returned the tank was ready for removal. Before I knew it the old heater was removed, the new heater installed, and the area cleaned! I recommend Bayshore Plumbers as their technicians are courteous, well trained, and respectful. Bayshore plumbing is very professional, responsive, and listened to my take on the situation I had, and we went over options and discussed what would be the most cost effective. The work was done in a timely way, the workers were all courteous and nice to have around. The work they did was excellent and they left things tidy.
