The plumbers who came to my home was very thorough and made sure to explain everything to me before starting any work. I am very satisfied with the work did on my water heater. As you may recall I was quoted just under $24K by ''Brand X'' to have my sewer lines descaled and epoxied. Thanks to shopping around on ND, I found "Handy Plumbing Man" who came out the same day, on Monday, and quoted me $10K less than Brand X! Not only did they descale, epoxy (five coats) the line under the garage, they also replaced twenty feet under my front lawn (trenchless). They completely finished the project, as promised, on Wednesday. Raphael and Marcos walked us through the entire job, very professional. Two and a half weeks later everything is still flowing freely. Side bar: I have made it my personal policy not make any recommendations or referrals on any kind of anything, however if you are considering having any costly ($$$$$) work done, give these guys a once over. You be the judge.

Handy Plumbing Man came out to replace shower fixtures and stop a shower leak in a back bathroom. Marvin and Ramon were absolutely FANTASTIC. Marvin called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way to the job. Once here, they were super knowledgeable and professional. Marvin was kind enough to walk me through the repair process and show me how things work. After the job was complete it was easy to submit payment and he kindly forwarded me all the necessary backup documentation and pictures of the job. Communication with the office staff was also excellent (they were very accommodating to reschedule this appointment when the power was out during the recent storms). Overall I couldn't' be happier with the experience and will continue to use them for future services. I highly recommend!
