Jose replaced my roof about a year ago so now a full year later, after a winter of non-stop storms-no problems! New gutters including gutter screens. His bid was competitive, it included work to repair some damaged trim boards. And I was pleased with his reasonable add-on price for repairs discovered after tear off.
Jose Mendoza determined the cause of a leak in our roof (despite the location being non-obvious due to considerable inaccessible space between the roof and the living room ceiling beam where the water appeared) and repaired it quickly for a reasonable cost. Rain after the repair has confirmed the repair was successful. Kudos to Jose -- I'm happy to recommend him and will reach out to him again in the event of any future roof trouble.
