I needed an electrician to put up a fan and he was great. In less than two days, he gave me an estimate that was lower than everybody else's in the neighborhood, and I had time to prepare a budget for the work. Excellent work, I'm quite satisfied with his efforts.

Our electrician was the only one I trusted to fix the electrical problems at my mom's house. He did a fantastic job and taught me a thing or two about my house in the process. With kids like mine, it's great that he was efficient and accommodating to my time constraints.

This morning my dad called to make an appointment and had to cancel about 30 minutes after he made the reservation. No one had come out to his residence yet. The person on the line told him he would have to pay $150 for making the reservation for the “inconvenience.” My dad felt bad for putting them out, got the “fee” down to $100, and gave his credit card info over the phone. I see this all the time. People taking advantage of an elderly, kind, and empathetic man. Now someone has his credit card info, stole $100 from him, and he didn’t get any service. There was no mention of repercussion for needing to cancel on the phone nor on the website. I called them to ask about their cancelation policy to confirm this was fair and to ask them to destroy the credit card info. They told me they’d call back and never did. Now when I call it goes straight to voicemail… super unprofessional. I will be keeping strict tabs on his bank account history because this seems like a total scam. Be carefu
