It is SO hard to find an honest plumber these days and I definitely recommend Gary and Hiniker Plumbing! He knew right away what was wrong with iur leaky Roman tub faucet and was able to diagnose the problem via pictures sent over text so there was no time wasted. He was willing to do the job within a day of contacting him, he was very honest, very professional and knew exactly what to do. Vincent was very nice. But Gary clearly doesn't need or want the business. He was rude on the phone and when I backed off some of the requests to reduce the size of the bill, he walked away from the job totally. Have no idea if they are competent or not, but the arrogance was stunning. I’m sure I can find a more professional manager somewhere else.
