We are so grateful to Sheldon's for coming out quickly and removing our non-working A/C and installing a new one as well as a heating unit. All in extreme heat warning weather! The employees are wonderful, professional helpful and thorough. JP Pardee was the salesperson. He was so kind, patient and answered all our questions in a manner that we could understand and feel comfortable. The guys that came to install were wonderful, hardworking courteous and thorough. Everything was removed and cleaned up. JP checked in to see how it went. We feel very good about our decision to use Sheldon's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. and will be life long customers! Victor at Sheldon Heating and Air was Awesome! He fixed my AC unit as it was extremely noisy with a lot of issues. Victor addressed the problem and corrected it. My A/C now runs well. 1st - When the appointment was scheduled, I was advised the estimated time of arrival will be from 12-5. The tech called at 4:40 saying he 20 minutes out. 2nd - the tech said he can perform certain repairs, however due to the lift of the unit, it’s best to purchase a new one. 3rd - no quote for service nor repair was provided. Keep in mind, I’m expecting to see in writing what the damages are. 4th - when I booked the appointment, I was told a service charge would be $59. The tech chargers a “credit card” fee. This was obscured as I was never told this. All this was worthless, especially since “0” quote was provided. I have no clue what these clowns were trying to repair. Unless, the goal of this company is to upsell and replace the unit. Save the hassle & call a company who knows what they are doing & don’t bother with these clowns. We need some ethical techs.
