He was very nice, not too pushy about other services provided. He did install a new thermostat has a “free gift”. (Although there was absolutely nothing wrong with my original thermostat.). He said it connected to my phone but yet no one in my house can figure out how to do this and we’re still trying to figure out how to use the unit itself. He did leave one of the cleaning brushes at my house, even though he told me what day he would come back to pick it up he never has… Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

The best company I’ve dealt with regarding AC repair. Hands down AAA quality service right from the beginning. I am so happy that I found NexGen and again we are going to tell everyone what a great experience we had. Big shout to Eddie our tech, he was incredibly professional, Eddie did an exceptional job very about explaining what was wrong with our unit; the problem, showing pictures, and giving options to repair lower cost and some higher cost and the pros/cons with each. .
