NexGen is like a car dealership. They are your best friend take care of all questions call you back immediately when their in the hunt for money. The minute I said yes to a $5000 repair they were at my house ripping stuff out. But when the left i had concerns about work that had been done and the quality. So I emailed man who took my $ Jeff fine sent pictures asked questions. Never a response. So I tried other person on contact. Jessica tjaden. Still no response so i figure ill email up the chain. Next Yanela Valdez sent her photos and concerns about customer service and still nothing. So just know after you give NexGen air your money they will not want anything to do with you afterwards.

The best company I’ve dealt with regarding AC repair. Hands down AAA quality service right from the beginning. Big shout to Eddie our tech, he was incredibly professional, Eddie did an exceptional job very about explaining what was wrong with our unit; the problem, showing pictures, and giving options to repair lower cost and some higher cost and the pros/cons with each. .
