I have used RKM for my semi-annual HVAC checkup and they are always friendly and professional. I also used them for a repair of my air conditioner a couple years ago on a 100 degree plus summer day. While another company came out first (warning: that company was sent out by Home Depot), RKM made the repair for around $700. The other company tried to rip me off with a quote in the thousands. That makes RKM honest in addition to excellent. Service: Heating system maintenance
