The technician did a great job and was very professional. My only complaint is I had to pay for 8lbs of coolant when my system only takes 6 lbs. This must be a new thing as it was not like that before. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
Robert (owner) went above and beyond the call of duty to help us multiple times. We had a terrible mold issue in our attic that required RKM to take out our HVAC system multiple times and he was patient, flexible, caring, and even helped us save money by suggesting different plans so we could pivot after disappointments with your remediation company. RKM has our total loyalty and trust and we're really grateful for their service and helpfulness. This is the first business in a long time where I didn't have to do their job for them and follow up 100x. 100% happy with RKM.
