The service was great! I bought my system 11 years ago along with a warranty and service maintenance. As a result, the equipment is in good shape. After talking with Cameron today, I renewed my maintenance system for another 3 years. He did a really nice job explaining to me why my heating wasn’t working efficiently (clogged filter). He said he tested everything and it was all in excellent condition. I ordered a new filter and all is well. Cameron is one of the nicest, considerate young men who have maintained my system since I bought it several years ago. Service: HVAC system maintenance
We have used this company for at least 25 years. We have our system maintained twice a year. Just before we turn the air conditioner on in summer and just before we turn the heat on in the winter. Every single technician who has come to do the service has been outstanding.
I’m like everyone else that have been posting horrible comments about One Hour heat and Air. I had Alex come out on August 7 to find a Freon leak. Added Freon and some dye and was told he would be back in two weeks. One week later, I noticed the AC not cooling the house so I called three times last week and then again today which is the fourth time with no response from them. So I guess I got scammed out of $360? What’s going on over there, are they going out of business or what? Called Bonney plumbing, heating and air this morning and have an appointment on Wednesday. I’ve heard good things about them. I’m firing One Hour heat And Air and if I have to I’ll take them to court to get my money back.
