There are a few ways to experience this company. The bidding process. The work. The feedback. The bidding process was smooth and I went with them because of the great with reviews. Their bids felt a little high but I figured it’s worth it. They gave me good financing as well. No payment first 18 months. 8.99% apr. The work was OK. Nothing special. I called them back multiple times to fix certain details on the jobs. 1) Flashing issues and funky finishes 2) poor carpentry and using silicone on the wood making it impossible to paint 3)nail in the middle of the roof 4)issue with ridge shingles centering and spacing 5)poorly installed gutter. Torn shingle during install. 6)One of the houses took two weeks to roof. The inspector kept calling them back. Roof Recovery did not communicate any of this with me I found out from the tenants living at the place. 7) They did not secure a cable back onto the facia. So it was rubbing on the roof of my studio. At first they have always sent someone out
Roof Recovery repaired a section of my roof that had dry rot. They arrived on time, made sure I was happy with the work and cleaned up well when they were finished. Since I live in an HOA the new shingles had to match exactly and they made it happen. Price-wise they were in line with other estimates I received. I would hightly recommend them.
