Called because my A/C went out and they responded immediately and came out that same day, even though I had never done business with them before. Steve Mee was great, personal and I could tell he actually cared about our needs. He assessed the situation and offered different options and routes to go about solving the problem. We ultimately did not end up getting a new system, although we will eventually, but he was able to offer us a temporary fix same day. I will definitely call him back for future service.

The communication was great! Got emails and text every step of the way from the time my appointment was scheduled, to when the technician was on their way, and after the repair was finished. When service companies give you a time frame when they would show up, you usually expect at least an hour delay. They scheduled me for 8am-10am on a Sunday and to my surprise, David showed up right on the dot at 8am. Diagnostic of my AC unit was quick, to the point, and easy to understand. He was done within an hour and paperwork and payment was done easily with the ipad. Great company! I ended up signing up for their membership since it includes 2 tune-ups per year. Great deal in my opinion.
