My water heater stopped working and I contacted them through the Bradford White dealer in Sacramento. Jim went to our home 4 times and couldn't fix the problem, apparently my water heater has to be replaced. He charged us $199 the first time and $424 the last time he went and on top of everything he told us he didn't have time to install the new water heater. We are down $623 and with the same issue as before. This is not professional, ethical and correct. Please save your money and go elsewhere or make sure they will get the job done before you pay because they will leave you stranded. Service: Water heater repair

All I can say is that I would HIGHTLY recommend SIGNATURE PLUMBING. I had multiple things that were in need of repair, I received an honest and upfront quote.
