Signature Plumbing Inc

We liked everything about this company, except how the repair looks. The service was prompt, friendly, and the price seemed fair. However, the pipe was pushed out from the wall almost 2 inches, so now it is very warped. Before the repair, the pipe was parallel to the house.

Signature Plumbing has been to my home twice, most recent: December 10, 2021. Both experiences were excellent: fit me in same day both times, quickly diagnosed my water heater problem, repaired quickly with parts inventory on their truck, and answered all my questions on my problem and their repair. On Friday, 3 days before Christmas, my water heater went out. After calling several other companies that were either closed for the holidays, didn't work on Saturdays or were booked until the following week, I tried Signature Plumbing. Pam answered the phone. She was awesome! She could tell I was panicking and said she would see what she could do. She called me back in less than 5 minutes and told me Jim would be out on Saturday morning between 8am and 9am. At 8:45 a.m. I got a call from Jim letting me know he would be here in 10 minutes. Not only is he the absolute best plumber I've ever used, he is also the owner of the company! He quickly assessed the problem, got the part needed from his truck and had my water heater fixed in a few minutes. Best part, he didn't charge me extra for a Saturday appt. Jim is very knowledgeable, friendly, fair and all around awesome! I will be using Signature Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!
