I am writing on behalf of my friend whose home I was house sitting for. Our repair person , Mr. Stefano, was knowledgeable courteous and took time to clearly explain his actions and charges. He worked quickly and efficiently. He made us feel confident that his decisions were honest. He even wore surgical booties when entering my home. I feel your company’s fees are very fair and affordable. It’s hard to find people you can trust so employing this company can be tricky. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE. That’s how I would describe Maverick. They took care of us from start to finish. Our old AC unit quit working during this miserable, triple-digit heat wave. Joel our technician provided excellent service. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to really figure out what was wrong. He explained the problem making sure to answer any questions we had. He made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. After some thought, we decided the best course was to replace the old dinosaur AC with something new and reliable, so Mike walked us through some options, and within days we had a brand new AC!
