Nate stopped by and gave an estimate. He gave an honest assessment and the price fair. Work was done by Chris, Nate, and Nick. They did everything requested and even exceeded my specifications. They were easy to talk to and explained everything I asked. This is a very important to me. If I can’t ask questions or the technician appears bothered when I ask questions, I am less likely to recommend them in the future. They were also courteous and professional. Even after the job was done, they came back same day after I realized I wanted a something different than I initially thought. Although it turned out to be additional, it was resolved quickly and they even adjusted the ceiling fan (for asthetics) and a very high bulb for me no additional charge. They were very thorough. I had an issue and Maverick was quick to respond to my call. I had made an appointment for Monday and they reached out to me and got me in a day before (today).
