Crew was very fast and efficient. Supervisor Hugo went above and beyond to make sure we got the best service. Office staff, project managers not so much. Lack of communication over and over again. Tried throwing in hidden prices. Work done was excellent higher ups and office staff would not recommend them. Service: Roof repair

HUGO from Spartan Home services made our experience Fantastic, he was professional, knowledgeable and even went up on the roof with me to do the final walk through to check the work and he showed me exactly what the crew did. He answered all my questions with a smile. The only thing I would recommend is better communication when scheduling the roof install, getting an email saying we will be there in a day is not sufficient time to plan for roofers to be at your home. I give HUGO 5 stars and Spartan Home services 4 stars due to poor communication during the scheduling process. Service: Roof installation

Just had our roof replaced by Spartan Services and they were a wonderful company to work with. Our forman, Hugo, and the roofers made quick work of the tear-off and were out the next morning installing the new roof. Since the roof wasn't completely covered, they sent one of the roofers out on Sunday to make sure it was at least water tight in case of rain, which it did early the next morning! 2 more days later and we had wonderful looking roof. Through out the entire process Hugo made sure to address any questions we had, make any changes we asked for and had a few cosmetic issues we had. If we had it to do all over again we would definitely have Spartan, Hugo, and their workers do it all over again. We highly recommend Spartan! Service: Roof installation
