Spartan Homes Services completed re-roofing my house after removing (and then reinstalling) my solar. There was a lot of dry rot that had to be removed as well, which I was aware of before they inspected the property. Every employee was professional and curious. Both Robert Thurgood, the Roofing Supervisor, and Steve Follett, the Consultant, quickly addressed every one of my questions. The work was fantastic! Crew was very fast and efficient. Supervisor Hugo went above and beyond to make sure we got the best service. Office staff, project managers not so much. Lack of communication over and over again. Tried throwing in hidden prices. Work done was excellent higher ups and office staff would not recommend them. Service: Roof repair

Just had our roof replaced by Spartan Services and they were a wonderful company to work with. Our forman, Hugo, and the roofers made quick work of the tear-off and were out the next morning installing the new roof. Since the roof wasn't completely covered, they sent one of the roofers out on Sunday to make sure it was at least water tight in case of rain, which it did early the next morning! 2 more days later and we had wonderful looking roof. Through out the entire process Hugo made sure to address any questions we had, make any changes we asked for and had a few cosmetic issues we had. If we had it to do all over again we would definitely have Spartan, Hugo, and their workers do it all over again. We highly recommend Spartan! Service: Roof installation
