Excellent service call. I contacted Ray O. Cook to inspect my AC system after two AC companies (Placer Heating and Air being the absolute worst) provided substandard service. Because of the rising temperatures in my area, my AC system was once again not keeping up with cooling the house as expected. Ray O. Cook provided an inspection service schedule the next day - Amazing! Bryce visit was impressive! He took the time to explain his procedures for testing as well as provide full details of the results. Bryce represented Ray O. Cook with exceptional professionalism; many companies enjoy telling you the issues and cost, but rarely take the time to show you as well. He answered all my questions; I was profoundly grateful for his expertise and knowledge. So far, I have had three Heating and Air Conditioning companies inspect my home. Two were from Home Warranty and were exceptionally bad; one gave false results to raise costs, the other gave fast service at a cheap cost without proper test

Ray O Cook technician "Bryce" was here to check on a concern with vent balancing. He was on time, knowledgeable, courteous and cleaned up when he was done. He explained the system requirements in just the right amount of detail, answered questions and performed his job well.
