Our semi annual maintenance was performed by Vernon Dunlap who arrived when he said he would. Vernon is a super likable guy, very friendly, professional, proficient and even handled my barking dogs with care and respect. I’ve experienced outstanding service with Ray O Cooke Heating & Air since my first encounter back in 2021. Thanks for your continued quality service and care! They were able to come out within a days notice and even arrived early for their appointment. My technician was super friendly and thorough with checking my AC unit. With these super hot days they made me feel at ease that my unit was working great.
Thanks to our tech, Joe S was amazing. He was on time and very courteous. Very friendly will definitely use Ray O. Cook again if we ever need them. Same day appt. I am very grateful that they were able to come out the same day with this heat and address the issue. He did NOT try to sell us a new unit. Blessings ????
