Jimmy was very professional and helped me understand how the dishwasher leak developed and the best solution to solve the problem. There was no up-sale or pushy pitch. Zac and another guy (forgot his name) came and fixed the problem which was that the hose bib needed to be replaced. I was informed of the cost before they started.
