The Plumbing Pros

Steve returned my phone call within an hour on a Sunday late afternoon and scheduled Evan the next day to install a 50 gal self cleaning Bradford White hot water heater. Evan arrived within the two hour timeframe and completed the work in less than two hours. Unfortunately the solder behind the ball valve above the unit gave way, filled the drip pan and leaked into the garage which I noticed two days after install. Thankfully it was a slow drip. I called Steve and he sent Evan back out who arrived 30 minutes after my call. Evan rectified the leak by using a compressed type copper fitting and cleaned up the water spill with a wet/dry vacuum. Still giving Plumbing Pros 5 stars for the overall quality of service despite the mild leak incident. Services: Water tank installation, Water heater repair
