Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

the plumbers were all that i gave been looking for. they were on-time and professional. when they couldnt fix the problem they gave me viable options, came back and got the job done efficiently. they went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. not to mention they were kind and courteous. i will definitely call upon them again in the future. thank you! I had water leaking in the floor, under the floor tile, out into the hallway carpet. I called Roto rooter and the plumber came out and said it was the toilet. He raised the toilet and changed the seal and left. Half an hour later I called roto rooter back and the plumber returned and said the water would dry up, when I suggested it was something else, his response was “well you have warranty on the toilet” I ended up having to call out another plumbing company who cut into the wall and discovered it was the neighbors water line leaking into our bathroom. Roto rooter charged me 434.00 to fix something that wasn’t broken. As I was looking them up I was humming the iconic Roto rooter song that I’ve heard since childhood.. only in the end to feel like I was robbed by an old friend. Service: Toilet repair

They did fix the problem but it was so over priced. It was ridiculous. All he did was cut a pipe that had a crack in it and then put a cap on top of it and it cost $500. I was in a hurry and had to leave that morning. Otherwise I would’ve sent him away and found somebody else and I’m pretty sure just about anybody would’ve been more reasonable than that. I definitely will not be calling them again. That’s a huge mistake on their part one and done is a dumb way to do business. I do have plumbing problems from time to time like anybody who owns a house but you won’t be getting any more of my business. Feeling very gouged. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
