Made a call to Aircare Saver regarding my thermostat and as usual Ralph and the crew delivered, specifically Joseph he is one of a kind not only he repaired / replaced my thermostat but he wanted to ensure everything was working correctly and stayed in constant contact with me and always returned my calls in a timely manner. Air CareSaver exceeded our expectations! Diane was pleasant, professional and clearly explained the process. I promptly received a text and email confirmation of the appointment. I received a text 30 minutes before the appointment time along with a picture of Joseph, the technician (loved this idea, customer can easily identify the assigned technician). Joseph also called, gave ETA and arrived as promised. Thank you Joseph for your patience with our questions, thorough explanations and the no-pressure recommendations. What a great experience. Joseph came in, explained the process and went to work. After looking inside we went outside to the main unit and he found that the unit needed cleaning and the capacitor was bad. He replaced the capacitor, added a hard start device and cleaned the unit with a hose. We tested it and freezing cold air was coming out. THANK YOU JOSEPH.. We now have no worries for the rest of summer.
