I had my HVAC unit replace and have the duct upgraded. At first, first my idea to have the whole duct replace but Ralph explain it well that the duct material is still in good condition and I only need to realign and fix the duct and replace some of the undersize duct. This saved me some money. They are very professional when they install the new unit, they install tarp on my carpet and clean up after. After the installation, the air blow very well, the unit runs perfectly and quite. Luis who installed the unit is really great and explain to me and show me what he did. I am happy with the unit and installation. But the best part for me is how easy and stress free the process is. Ralph did not pressure me at anything and make me fell like talking to family or friend. I will surely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their hvac unit.
